On July 25, Jose Lopez was arrested for sexually assaulting a minor, who recently identified him when the incident was reported to the police, Prince William County Police said.
Authorities said Lopez was a family acquaintance to the young woman.
Lopez, who has a pending court date and as held without bond, was charged with two counts aggravated sexual battery, officials said.
